please let it rain -
let it rain down
on this ground...
It may not be
my forever home -
but it's the home
I've found...
I traveled long
I traveled wide -
with my favorite people
by my side...
Now that I am
finally here -
I can not help
but to abide...
with the animals
and towering palms -
with the many flowers
that keep me calm...
Please let it rain
and feed this earth -
so that it thrives long
after I'm gone.
